When your body feels off, it touches everything.

Whether you're navigating perimenopause, menopause, fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum, it can feel confusing and hard to trust what’s happening.
You might be managing symptoms, second-guessing your body, or sorting through too much conflicting advice.
Over time, that can cost you your energy, focus, and peace of mind.
It doesn’t have to stay this way.

There’s too much at stake to keep guessing
Care should help you understand what’s happening in your body - not leave you guessing. Seeing women struggle while their bodies feel unfamiliar and their questions go unanswered breaks my heart. You deserve to be heard, respected, and understood.
With 15+ years of experience in women’s health, I support you in making sense of your symptoms and building a plan that fits your life.
Together, we focus on:
-
Clarity about your changing body
-
Reducing symptoms that are impacting your day-to-day
-
Creating a realistic, personalized plan for your health
-
Confidence to show up fully in your life again
This is about more than hormones—it’s about reclaiming your life and peace of mind to focus on what matters most through evidence-informed, compassionate care.

What it Looks Like to Work With Me
1
Assessment & Evaluation
This is where we get to know each other. We take the time to walk through your symptoms, story, and goals and start to fill in the gaps to help me understand what has happened, what is happening, and where you want to go.
2
Sustainable Care Plan
We create a personalized plan that helps to elevate your symptoms, establish more balance, and help you feel more like you again - using evidence-informed strategies tailored to your unique situation, massaged in such a way that fits your life.
3
Thriving Long Term
To keep you feeling well, we shift to maintenance and risk reduction. This includes both maintenance for your specific concern(s) AND your health-span and life-span based on specific history. We'll monitor your lab results and plan for reducing your risk of common health concerns to support healthy aging.
Every change starts with just one step...

Does this sound familiar?
Unpredictable Mood & Hormone Swings
-
"I feel like I’m stuck on a hormonal rollercoaster—and I don’t know when the ride ends or where it is going."
Information Overload & Confusion
-
"I Googled my symptoms. Then I opened Instagram. Now I’m more confused than when I started."
-
"Hormone therapy might help, but I honestly don’t know who or what to trust."
Body Changes That Feel Alarming
-
"The hot flashes and night sweats? Hilarious in memes. Miserable at 3 a.m. when I have work in the morning."
-
"I’m running on empty. My energy is gone, and I’m struggling to keep up with everything."
-
"I feel like I’m living in someone else’s body.” “Sex is painful and a chore, my libido is in the toilet."
If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone. And more importantly, you’re not without options.
Testimonials
Did you know that there is a professional standard for nearly every regulated health professional set by regulators across Canada to prohibit the posting of patient testimonials and reviews by clinicians? They do this to protect patients.

Why does posting/ not posting reviews and testimonials matter? Because testimonials are essentially misleading. - Testimonials are meant to influence and bias decision-making. - They’re designed to promote sales, and they focus only on the benefits. - When patients are asked to provide testimonials, they may feel pressured to leave a positive review. - Testimonials are often cherry-picked and biased to highlight positive reviews only. - They’re generally not factual or verifiable. - In many cases, they may not be from actual patients and may be entirely made up to promote business. The College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA) has determined this practice to be unprofessional and unethical and prohibits its registrants from posting patient testimonials and reviews.
